To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules:


✅ Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM
  • Late check-out or early check-in is available on request and subject to availability.


✅ Number of Guests & Amenities

  • Maximum of 4 guests (sleeping places) allowed.
  • Plates, cutlery, and tableware are available for up to 6 people.
  • Please do not exceed the number of booked guests unless agreed in advance.


✅ Quiet Hours & Consideration

  • Quiet hours: between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Be respectful of neighbors – no loud music or excessive noise.


✅ Hot Tub Usage

  • The hot tub is provided clean and empty.
  • You may fill and heat it yourself.
  • Want it pre-filled and warm on arrival? Let us know in advance!
  • Please do not use soap, oils, or additives in the hot tub.


✅ Smoking

  • Smoking is only allowed outside.
  • Please use the ashtray and do not throw cigarette butts in the garden or surroundings.


✅ Pets

  • Pets are very welcome! 🐾
    (We ask for a small cleaning fee.)
  • Please do not allow pets on beds or sofas.
  • Ensure they do not cause disturbances.


✅ Energy Usage & Sustainability

  • Use energy responsibly:
  • Turn off lights, heating, and air conditioning when leaving.
  • Keep windows and doors closed when heating or cooling is on.


✅ Waste & Cleanliness

  • Use the correct bins for:

  • Leave the house tidy upon departure.
  • Wash any used dishes and utensils.

  • Free parking is available next to the holiday home.
  • Please keep the driveway clear for neighbors and emergency services.


✅ Damages & Issues

  • If anything is damaged or broken, please inform us immediately so we can resolve it together.
